Key Control is a management tool which helps the business mitigate risk, implement quality management within work processes and ensure compliance.

In APOS it is used as a governing element that is used to register a requirement to a control / control activities that must be performed by the specified role.

Filtered Process View

The Employee can filter out information based on Job Function or Location to only see relevant work processes in the system.  Information that is filtered out is faded, but visible.

Yes, the modelling tool is integrated in the web browser and becomes visible when content is in Edit status.

Does APOS support automation of processes, meaning from Work Process to Automated Work Flow?

Yes, the system includes a workflow engine which is used when automating processes.

Does APOS Support processes and content in mulitiple languages without duplicating the processes?

Yes this is basic functionality across the system. Multilanguage support on is available acress the system content created by end user, without the need for duplication.

Which modelling standards are supported?

Multiple standards are supported examples are ISO BPMN, IDEF0,    The system also incudes an in browser shape editor to modify existing or create new shapes.

Is RISK Management integrated with Procss Management as standard functionality?

Yes it is possible to use RISK management and model and illustrate RISK into the Processes
