The dictionary functionality is used for creating definitions and abbreviations that can subsequently be linked to the work process descriptions in the management system.   


Linking definitions to work process descriptions

Linking the definitions to the work process descriptions ensures uniform definitions in the work processes as well as central management of the definitions.   


Pop op menu for view of definition

In the work process descriptions, one can choose to see the definitions as full text or in a pop op menu that opens when a word is clicked.
