The Organization Chart can be made visible under a Tab on the Homepage, guiding all employees as to their rights and responsibilities.

The establishment of the Organization Chart, made up of Job Functions linked to Personnel profiles, forms the basis of both connections and permissions for APOS content.  

Workflow Automation

Filtered Process View

The Employee can filter out information based on Job Function or Location to only see relevant work processes in the system.  Information that is filtered out is faded, but visible.

A central part of APOS is the Connection between Roles and Job Functions.  Role Bands in Flowcharts are connected to Job Functions in the Organization Chart. 


As employees are connected to Job Functions and Job Functions are connected to Roles, this makes the Roles they fulfill within the work process context a central part of the Users’ profile.

Yes, the modelling tool is integrated in the web browser and becomes visible when content is in Edit status.

Does APOS support automation of processes, meaning from Work Process to Automated Work Flow?

  • Yes, the system includes a workflow engine which is used when automating processes.

Does APOS Support processes and content in mulitiple languages without duplicating the processes?

Yes this is basic functionality across the system. Multilanguage support on is available acress the system content created by end user, without the need for duplication.

Which modelling standards are supported?

Multiple standards are supported examples are ISO BPMN, IDEF0,    The system also incudes an in browser shape editor to modify existing or create new shapes.

Is RISK Management integrated with Procss Management as standard functionality?

Yes it is possible to use RISK management and model and illustrate RISK into the Processes
